活性炭生产线简介Instruction：

活性炭生产线采用最环保的物理法制备工艺，将椰壳、果壳、木材等原料先炭化，经破碎筛选至一定粒度后进入活化炉。活化后，经振动筛、除砂机分离砂石，铁钉等杂质，再经机械破碎筛选成所需粒度的成品活性炭。Activated carbon production line adopts the most environmentally friendly physical preparation technology that firstly carbonizes raw materials like coconut and fruit shell, and then crushes them into a certain particle size sieve into the activation furnace. After activation, the material passes through a vibrating screen and a sand separator that separates impurities such as gravel and nails, and then is mechanically crushed and screened into finished activated carbon of the desired particle size.
